1. About these terms

These terms of service ("Terms") govern the relationship between LetUsTech ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or business ("you", "client") that uses our IT support, managed services, or website development services.

By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide IT support and managed technology services including but not limited to:

• Remote and on-site technical support
• Managed IT services and helpdesk support
• Cyber security assessment and monitoring
• Microsoft 365 setup, migration, and ongoing support
• Network installation and management
• Cloud infrastructure and backup services
• Website design and development
• IT consultancy

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be agreed in writing (via email, quote, or service agreement) before work commences.

3. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

We aim to complete work within the agreed scope and budget. If the scope changes or additional work is required, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

4. Payment terms

• Pay-as-you-go support is payable upon completion of work.
• Managed service plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Project work may require a deposit before commencement and staged payments for larger projects.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Your responsibilities

To enable us to provide services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your systems and the issues you need help with
• Ensure we have appropriate access to systems, accounts, or premises as required
• Maintain up-to-date backups of important data before we perform any maintenance or significant changes
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Notify us promptly of any issues or dissatisfaction with our work

6. Data and confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of providing services. We will not access, copy, or share your data beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed services.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care to provide professional services, but technology is inherently complex. To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any data loss — always maintain your own backups.
• Our total liability for any single incident is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of revenue, loss of business, third-party claims).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• For website and software projects, full ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you upon receipt of final payment.
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques gained during the engagement.
• Any third-party software, fonts, images, or plugins used remain subject to their own licences.

9. Cancellation and termination

• Pay-as-you-go work can be cancelled at any time before work commences. Work already completed will be invoiced.
• Managed service plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel, unless a different notice period is specified in your service agreement.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or abusive conduct.

10. Third-party services

We may recommend or procure third-party services on your behalf (e.g. hosting, Microsoft 365 licences, domain registration). These are subject to the third party's own terms and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or conduct.

11. Website use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness. You use the website at your own risk.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
